It was immediately evident that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He got us worked into the schedule faster than expected due to material availability. Aurelio and his crew were very efficient, their teamwork was amazing. A complete tear off and re-roof was done along with replacing several sheets of degraded plywood. The results were exceptional. A few days later, the gutters were replaced with seamless ones, and gutter topper was installed. If you need roofing, gutters or any exterior work done, Aurelio is the guy to call. I can't recommend him highly enough. You will not be disappointed."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Crew showed up at 07:10 am and began immediately. Foreman was excellent and kept crew on task the entire time. I have a large roof (45 squares) and I never thought they would get it done in one day. They finished roofing job at 07:30 pm including excellent job cleaning up. Yes found some nails, but considering how many were taken off, give them an A for the clean up.
