"We had a roof leak and Amazing Skylights made quick work of it. They were very helpful and responsive and saved us from further water damage. It's been six months and no recurring issues. We had a great experience with them."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted."

"I would not hesitate to recommend - responsive, great communication, reasonable pricing. We had a disastrous roof flooding experience from a flat roofed dormer and needed it fixed quickly. As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."

"Alexander is super friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He repaired and stained our deck and performed maintenance on our roof/gutters. His pricing is extremely competitive and the work is very well-done."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Lea did a wonderful job as a project manager for my roof install."

"Michelle and Dean did an excellent job responding to my repair needs for a flat roof. The actual work involved installing a gutter system and repairs to a patio overhang roof. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and very pleased with the final outcome after some additional modifications to the down spout termination. I would recommend a repair sketch be provided to the client as appropriate."

"Fernando and his team were super great. Job was done well and quickly - totally on schedule even with some extra work that was necessary. Crew was responsive and professional. Would 100% hire for future projects."

"Isaac came out for an estimate and quickly diagnosed the issue. I hired him on the spot for the repair, which was completed same day (within 30 minutes). Will definitely reach out to Edward Kelbie for future roofing/gutter needs."
