"No they did not! We set up the installation appointment originally on June 23, but found out that our light fixture would not arrive in time, so we rescheduled for June 31st...The rep ask for a $200 deposit up front so I paid it...Then the light arrived early without warning so I called the rep who came to our home, and ask him to schedule it earlier. So we set it for June 18th. I called him the night before asking what time they would arrive to do the job, and he told up between 8-10:00am...They never showed. I called the Rep, but was sent to a voice mail on two attempts and I left two messages, and also send text messages to him. No answer there either! Never heard from him again! I called Mr Sparky's local office and complained to them and told them to cancel this job, and that I wanted my $200 deposit back, to be refunded to my credit card. She told me they could not do this, and that it had to be done from another office. I said, "well go ahead and get it done" Still waiting!"

"We were SO pleased with Custom Johns landscaping. They quoted us a very fair price compared to many competitors in the area. They were very eager to please. The turn around time was days not weeks. Their work was absolutely beautiful. They completed a big job in 2 days. They were also flexible with any changes I asked for. I highly recommend this company."

After asking a few questions, he told me the bees I had observed flying into a hole in our siding were scout bees. He patiently talked me through "scout bees" and told me how to address the problem. "BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! Was hired to do a job before Thanksgiving and due to lack of ability to consistently show and do their job, this is what my Thanksgiving with family consisted of, thanks to the handyman not finishing a job he started. All communication ceased and he didn’t return, now I am left to look at this horrible job and will now have to find a company willing to come work behind a shotty handyman. I am a firm believer that his reviews are not really customers because this was unprofessional and unbecoming of a business owner. Trustworthy is not a word Task Guru should ever use. My cabinets have been cut and I have been left with lights that are inconsistent in size. I have holes in my walls and they took my face/switch plates and even my switches to where I can’t even operate my dining room light. I have offered chances for them to come complete the job and even requested the return of my switches my either bringing them or me picking them up....crickets..."
