"The service went very well. The roof replacement took as long as advised by the owner of Trademark. Sam (the owner) was quick to respond to any questions that we had throughout the process, and was very friendly. We had an incident where we had signed agreements to have Trademark replace our roof, then a storm came through and destroyed a portion of our roof. I contacted Sam regarding this and he advised us on what to do with our insurance company. They helped make the process of getting the insurance claim through nearly effortless. "They are probably the largest roofing company in Anderson. They have been very good. They have high standard. The only question about that company now is that about six or eight months ago, the young owner of that company died suddenly of heart attack. The company is still operational, but I do not know exactly how it is being managed or run. I do not know if his family members or I do not know exactly who is running it. I still highly recommend the company based on their history or their past performance. What is in store for the company in the future, I do not know. I had great experiences with them in the past. If I am going to have roofing problems, I am still going to continue using them until I see deterioration in their service or whatever. I had to spend a thousand dollars for material and labor. They did a jammed-up job. They fixed it and the rates were very reasonable. They really knew what they were doing. That is what I like about a good company. If you have an issue like that like a roofing leak, they fixed it right the first time. Lenore initially was working with a company out of Charlotte and they sent two roofers out there twice and every time they came out to fix the leak, the roof leaked worse than it did before they came out. I am a firm believer in getting somebody that knows what they are doing and fixing it right the first time even if I have to pay more. I do not care if a contractor charges me more. I prefer getting a contractor that knows what they are doing and they are an expert in their field. I would use them again in the future if everything continues as it has in the past."
