Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. "The job was completed, and I asked them if they did further conditioning such as sealer or stain.  They said they could do so and would get back in contact with me to set time and date to provide complete conditioning.  No further word was received from this company.
I have subsequently had another firm complete the project.
