"For the work we wanted, John explained that it was too small of a job for him to do and that it would cost quite a bit more if he did do it compared to us reaching out ourselves. But even after he said this, he spent almost an hour with us discussing our plans and giving great advice about countertops and ideas about changes to make. He is very knowledgeable and it was awesome that he was willing to spend time with us even though he knew he wasn't going to do the job. There is always a chance that we might expand our plans and if so, he will be the first one we consider."

The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating.
