"25 April 2025: Mr. Brent Stephenson and his crew, Chase inspected the items we requested to be repaired. Brent estimated the repair cost at $750 and would need 1 to 2 days to complete. He specifically requested Cash payment. I agreed to his terms but I requested an itemized bill to show the work performed and cost. He agreed.
26 April 2025: Chase came the next day to start the work. Noticed right away that Chase seem to be forgetful since he had to go back and forth to retrieve the tools he needed. Although, he seemed to know what he was doing. However, he had to stop work about three times to go to the Home Depot store to purchase materials for the repair, resulting in delay. He started at 0830 and left the work site at 1945. Work was not completed, however. Chase told us he had to go back in the morning to complete the work. He didn't return the next day.

"Thought I got lucky when I first met John, but it was a nightmare...they said it be a month since October and install took FOREVER...not just that, they installed Mt doors and I had to remind them to install my screen doors they promised...PLUS, they were suppose to fix the casing of one of my bedroom doors, and use my old peep hole and install it on my new door...omg, they should know what their jobs are. I hired them to not have to worry and get the job done quick....I lost 15k not running my business due to the extreme tardiness (4mo)...workers were awesome, but management was the worst...I didn't know I was gonna have to mange and tell workers their job. Frankly... Job is not done. No communication to finish the job....time to call family lawyer I guess...dont choose NOT pro stars. Workers were amazing and should go into business without these ppl."
