Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision.
