"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself. He’s also honest and will tell you the truth about what you may or may not need. His prices are competitive. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber. "Joe connected my washer and dryer from the basement to the upstairs room. Since I didn't have my new dryer yet, he had to come back on another day to install the exhaust vent. He did a great job and didn't overcharge me like many plumbers do. I definitely will call him back for more jobs in the future."

Docs offered me honest advice about replacing (rather than repairing) my water heater because the warranty had expired. I would have chosen to have Docs replace my water heater; unfortunately, Docs did not have scheduled office hours on Saturday. I was able to schedule installation of a water heater with another company that was open on Saturdays."
