"Exterior Wood Restoration, Inc. saved our deck, pergola, and privacy fences in 2021. Another company had created a mess on the deck. One estimator from yet a different company said he wouldn't touch the restoration job. Exterior Wood Restoration did what needed to be done with a great result! This past week, 2024, the same Exterior Wood Restoration, Inc. crew did a power washing, debris removal, application of an Oxalic Acid wood conditioner, and application of a semi protectant stain. "Jon removed the fence in our backyard. He worked by himself to remove the old fence and post. Even though the post were held down with concrete, that didn't pose a problem for Jon. Jon also repaired some damaged shingles on my roof. Jon also removed a small tree from the front yard. He cleaned up once he was done and was very professional. I would definitely use them again for many other things I need done around the house.

"I called Ace Fence and spoke with Doug the owner on Wednesday. He asked me to text him photos of the fence and would quote me right over the phone, which he did! He called back and said he would be able to come the next day to fix the gate, which he did! He came Thursday and repaired the fence to our gate within an hour! He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him & his team!"

"Tim and his crew were excellent! He was able to complete the chimney repairs quickly, despite a a steep roof and a narrow driveway without much room to set up the scaffolding. The new mortar looks lovely, and has kept the rain out. Tim stayed in constant contact in the days leading up to the project, so I always knew what our timeline would be. He and his crew were great!"

"The price was great, the fence looks great and the quality is great. The sales person responsive was a little slow. The clean up after the job was not that good. The workers left my driveway a mess, and they parked on my grass! They broke a couple of lines from my irrigation system, but they paid for it."
