"We had been looking for someone to repair a damaged step on a front porch. We tried about 4-5 companies and they either said no the job was too small or they had no time or they didn’t respond. Shawn Hiatts first response to us was I think it is going to warm up next week, I can get it done then. He showed up and did the work. He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done!!"

"My experience went fairly well.  I thought they were a bit pricey.  They did almost everything that I had asked them to.  I had this old tree in my backyard that was dead and had been shutting winds for three years and there was a pile of them by the back fence so I asked them to take that along with the other pile that was under the tree and they missed one pile by the fence so I still have to try to get rid of these.  Frankly I never met them in person.  Quality of the overall work was good.  I had them leave the stump because I'm going to use it as a bird bath.  They did it the day I asked them to.  A handyman in my neighborhood who comes around all the time begging us to have him do yard work, on two occasions I actually asked him to come and he didn't show up either times so the fact that they came and did what they were supposed to do was awesome.  The next time I would probably shop around for a little bit better price."

"Goal was to have all sprinkler heads on the system checked and any broken ones repaired. However, it took four or five calls just to get an appointment. Then, no one showed up on the appointed day. When we called back, we were blamed for them not showing up and were told they couldn't come for 3 weeks. After stating we would use a new company, they said they'd be there the next day. I'm not sure how thorough they were as I was not home when they were performing the service. Overall, the sprinkler heads seem to be functioning properly, so it worked out. <br /> Also, our HOA had told us there was a discount for using PLS on the days they come to mow the lawns. However, when asking about that while making the appointment, we were told they had no idea what we were talking about and they offered no discounts. <br /> A slightly disappointing experience, but they take great care of the lawns and the sprinkler system is working. <br />"
