"Mr. Phalan took care of a tricky repair to an old style solid wood exterior door on a 2nd floor deck. The door was quite heavy and had several glass panels in it, too. Bob quickly rebuilt the busted hinge and had the old door working “better than new”, in about 30 minutes. Quick and clean job!"

We originally found him on Home Advisor and reached out to get a sense of scope and pricing for exterior painting Rafael came to our house the next day to walk around and point out all the opportunity areas to make the house look better and gave us some color ideas. We then had to delay our start date for our exterior painting, but when we reached out over a year later, Rafael immediately remembered us and still had all our notes! Even though the price of materials and labor had increased because of the pandemic, he still honored our original pricing, which was so appreciative. He showed up or called every day to check in, and his team was early every day and very respectful the whole job. They got the job done extremely quickly while still being thorough.
