"I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof! I would totally recommend him and his company to anyone needing siding, gutters and/or roofing. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"Janucz was on time, friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure I was happy. HOWEVER, upon installation of my tile kitchen backsplash, the workers were found standing on my stove top, used my garbage can as their mixing bucket (which Janucz ran out and purchased a new one for me) and chipped several tiles. It took far longer than expected too. I would be weary of recommending them if I knew I couldn't be around to supervise the job like a hound. If it were Janucz doing the job, I would trust him implicitly. He was respectful and meticulous. His workers, not so much."
