"Great experience ! I hired Blue Wave to pressure wash and stain my deckâ ¦ they did an awesome job getting the wood back to the original condition & then coated to protect from the elements. Not only was the job completed with high quality, but they were also done in just a few hours which was very convenient & efficient ! Their quote was also came in lower than their competition. I would 10/10 would recommend !"

"We had a courtyard wrought iron fence that was litterally falling down. I called Richard and he met me at the job site within the hour. He provided a very professional recommendation and quote for the repair. Richard Arnold and his crew had completed the repair within 2 days, with outstanding results. We could not be more pleased with our unique fence repair. I would strongly reccomend 3D Custom Welding. They are also very creative with custom iron design to satisfy personal identity requirements such as logos or custom iron artwork."

"We feel very fortunate to have found Keith Blair. We hired him to do a repair on our front door, he did a great job. We ask him what other services he offered and we ended up hiring him to re-stain our deck. It looks great he showed up when he said he would and didn’t keep us waiting. We will definitely call him again."

"This tree service is very professional , prompt, knowledgeable, and just very nice down to earth people! They will be back to plant another tree as soon as the weather is a bit cooler. They also did a great job of cleaning up any mess that occurred during each service of cutting down the tree and removing the stump. The owner assured me that the tree he suggested would fit in nicely in the front yard as he is very knowledgeable on anything dealing with trees and scrubs!!!!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting tree service!"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Lawrenceburg, TN

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
