"This is an American US Citizen company with working American employees. Cole arrived with 18 yrs of electrical experience. WOW he knows his stuff. I had a ancient electrical box with federal breakers which are known to cause fires. Cole said my old box was in bad shape. It was a no brainer to spend the money and upgrade to general electric breakers. I also hired him to hard wire my carbon and smoke detectors. Job #1 took 2 days. The other work will be done in August 2021. For an experience electrician this is your company."

"The job went very well and it only took very minimal minutes to access and repair."

"Mike was very professional and very helpful! I would highly recommend his electrical repair services!"

"Ben did a great job. Asked good questions to get the scope of the work. Kept me informed. He and Titus arrived on time, went right to work, was careful and courteous. got everything assembled and working and cleaned up well. The price was fair and the small addition was explained clearly and fairly. I'll definitely call Ben next time I need some electrical work I can't handle myself."

"Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric."

"The entire process went great. I reached out to Sullivan Electric Services Co via their website. Floyd contacted me the following day to coordinate a site visit to develop the scope of work. Floyd came when promised to survey my request. Linda emailed the quote to me the following day and scheduled the installation as requested. On the scheduled work day Floyd and his team arrived during the agreed time window and worked until the project was complete. I am pleased with their work and definitely will use them again and can recommend their services. Also I requested for Sullivan Electric Services Co to manage the DeKalb County permitting process to keep everything legal. They did everything I asked. Excellent service."
