Landlord hired this company to repair our roof but they need to use our electricity to power their tool. Tech was real adamant about us operating on their time but when I asked about any compensation (to run up the electric bill with industrial equipment) he's suddenly got no answers. He also slid in that they need to wrap it up to get a hole filled in so the heat doesn't escape our bedroom. Not to mention that due to this it sounds like they're literally working in the room. This has been going on for over a month. So we've been cranking the heat confused as to why it is so cold in the bedroom, they definitely should have mentioned that prior to starting the repairs. It is December. To me it's insane to know all of this and not just take the loss and rent a generator or a battery rig to finish the job. Broke and unprofessional."

"It start out with him want 50.00 dollar for the time slot. We agree on the quote and when he got here he change the price to hang the living room curtain. I send him pictures of everything and he said he didn't know that the windows was that long. He start to do and said he couldn't do it. He paint my ceiling a different color in the bedroom and the vents in which he didn't suppose to and said he didn't do that but he did. He broke my night stand and didn't tell me about until I ask him He said he was to busy to tell me about it. I ask him when was he coming back to correct these problems he said he got other project to work on and offer me 200.00 dollar today. I have been trying to get in touch with everyday this happens. He lied about everything he said he didn't do. All of our ceiling are white and vents. Got before and after pictures. I asking him for my money back accept for the TV and curtain robs. He use up some expensive paint we had in basement for another project to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bedroom that he supposed not have painted the ceiling and vents."
