The fellow who came out was friendly and professional, including calling in to check on how best to handle an oddity of our chimney. I called and booked a time they called the day of and confirmed the appt and asked if they could arrive early which was not a problem. He explained the whole process and one guy got up on the roof to inspect and sweep and the other man came inside and vacuumed and cleaned the fireplace.
