"We have been really happy with them. Becuase of the plus plan, they are guaranteed to come out within a certain amount of time if something breaks. But even before we had that we did have our air conditioner break one year and they came right out.  They are always very punctual and they always someone calls to tell us they will be here in 10 minutes. They only time they have ever run into an issue when the previous appointment ran long. They called several times to let me know the timeline and then they comped me an extra visit to make up for it. They are quite good at that. They always put the little bootie covers on before they come in the house."

"Dryer vent cleaning.  <br /> This is not a straight forward set up.  <br /> The washer and dryer are stacked in a small area on the second floor of <br /> the house.  The vent goes vertically up 8 <br /> feet inside a wall to the attic and then about 15 feet horizontally through the <br /> attic and a chimney chase.  The vent <br /> exits the house approximately 25 feet above ground level.  I considered this a difficult job due to the <br /> small inside working area and the need to climb so high on the outside to clear <br /> the ?bird cage? over the vent external opening.  <br /> The men performing the work did so in a professional manner.  I am very pleased with the result. <br />"
