"We moved into an old Victorian home this summer and the previous owner recently had all the windows on the 2nd floor replaced by Window World of Bloomington. We transferred the lifetime warranty to our name when we took ownership of the home. Replacing the 1st floor windows was one of our first priorities after moving in. We called Window World of Bloomington so that we would continue to have a lifetime warranty on all of our windows and to also keep everything consistent. The windows on our 1st floor are very large and the frames are very old, detailed wood. When Rob was out for our consultation, he was able to show me wood samples so that the interior of the windows would match the frame as best as possible. This was important to us to keep the character of the home while still having modern and efficient windows. In the end, they turned out fabulous! We have only had the new windows for 2 days and we can already tell a difference in how quiet our living room is (our home is on a busy intersection).
