If he had told me the real cost upfront, I would not have agreed to it. Their website promises ?clear quote before any work begins? and ?no hidden fees,? but that didn?t happen. The washer repair was decent and the parts are working so far (done June 1, 2026), but the add-on was pitched and priced in a misleading way. I ended up spending over $800 total when I only needed the washer repair. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.."
