"Al was very communicative from the start (heard back within an hour or so) and we got things rolling very quickly. We had some click in vinyl plank that we needed installed upstairs in three bedrooms and a hallway with some floor leveling. They were able to get things done in two days and the results are absolutely amazing! We also had them install ceramic tile in two bathrooms which also turned out beautifully. Overall, I would absolutely hire them again to get a job done quickly, smoothly, and with great results! The price was right - as we only paid $2300 for floor leveling in spots, and an entire floor's worth (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a hallway) of new floor/tile installation. Would book them again in a heartbeat!"

"I contacted Zavala Flooring Service after receiving a number of referrals from Home Advisor and Zavala was prompt and professional in their follow-up and scheduling of the initial inspection to review the flooring installation I requested. It happened quickly as scheduled without delay and with excellent communication and a detailed scope of work before work began that was to be performed and any details that I was to be responsible for. The owner and install crew showed up at the time scheduled and covered up the entry hall floor and added plastic screening to minimize dust to other areas. I have high standards as I've been a Builder for many years and I appreciate the level of detail in preparation before installing the engineered wood flooring began and cleanup and detail afterwards. No shortcuts here and no reminders needed. You can tell that this company has high standards and is consistent with best install practices required by manufactures for quality installation and warranty. "We replaced all of the flooring in our 2000 sq ft house with luxury vinyl plank. We needed to demo out the existing tile and laminate and have the new flooring installed. We got 3 bids. Kris was professional, very responsive and easy to communicate with. His bid was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule in our time frame so we went with Footprints Floors. Kris remained easy to communicate with and we appreciated his quick response time. Unfortunately his team was having problems the week of our project and he had to cut some of his workers. It slowed down the progress and took longer than expected. The guys that worked on the project were there every day but there were only 2 of them and they spoke no English so communicating with them directly was challenging. They were hard workers and did a fine job but it was a really big project for such a small crew and we were out of our house much longer than expected. There were a few small issues during the installation but nothing major and the end result turned out nice. Kris tried to stay on top of things and his crew chief came by regularly to check on the progress and communicate with the workers. Overall I would recommend Kris and Footprints Floors."
