He was not the cheapest bid by far but I could tell he was the best one for the job because I wanted top quality work. You would be hard pressed now days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work to where I would almost call him a perfectionist! He also fixed a number of problem areas I had on my deck and made it look better & in one case more sturdy. Also added a hand rail and touched up a spiral staircase.
