I had a ancient electrical box with federal breakers which are known to cause fires. Cole said my old box was in bad shape. "The serviceman was polite, professional, explained all problems found and the process to repair prior to performing the work to ensure that I was in agreement. He work special rubber soles on his shoes to prevent from getting my carpets and tile floors soiled with dirt from the outside. He went into the house crawl space to check for any evidence of prior leakage and damage. He explained about the processes involved and all of his findings. Very pleased and satisfied.
