Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. "They were great! I had a rug that was in terrible shape! I mean terrible!! Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"

"The men came to the house on time and started work right away.
They washed the windows inside and out in each room.  They listened to any special instructions I had for each room.
If they found a problem they told me about it.  One window had something on it that only another solvant and razon blades could get it off.  They do not use razor blades so they informed me of the procedure but I needed to do it myself.
They cleaned up after each room.  
They were very professional and I would have them wash the windows again and have passed their name on to others.
