We submitted and appraisal and my roof was covered. James is super nice and helpful. He would answer all my questions even if at crazy times of the day. The contractor on sight was only told about the 2 hours under a single agreement and asked to be paid on-the-spot for the other 2 hrs as he likely gets paid by the job and thus his insistence on payment. Said I would get reimbursed for any overpayment but I said no as I was paid in full. The company needs to communicate better with their employees to avoid placing the customer in an uncomfortable position."
