"Had them out for a yearly tune up of my oil furnace. As soon as they left we started having troubles. Called them to let them know our heat wasnt working properly and they came back out a couple days later. This time they made things even worse and almost caused irreparable damage to the furnace. Had another company out who diagnosed what they did wrong and had everything back up and running in less than an hour. Spoke with owner, Larry, and he was very dismissive: did not care at all.
