"In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day."

"I am very happy with the new roof. Daryl, the sales rep, communicated everything very nicely and made sure that I was given the best option for my roof. Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. I wasnâ t able to communicate very well with the roofing crew but the project managers made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of."

"I thought that I needed a new roof, but they showed me that they could provide me with 6 more years of guarantee, which saved me thousands of dollars. They were nice, and through them, I highly recommend them."

"Had Master Craft repair a sizeable leak in our roof. They did excellent work at a very reasonable price. Although English was a bit of a barrier, the three employees knew what needed to be done and did it well. For a relatively small additional cost, they resealed all the roof joints and stand pipes. This included replacing and resealing the furnace exhaust pipe which leaked badly where it comes through the roof. I am definitely pleased."

"Thomas and Daryll knocked a full roof replacement out of the park. Didn’t think I was going to be able to get insurance to help. Thomas worked with my insurer and got me a brand new roof. Can’t complain. The crew cleaned up well and got everything done professionally and quickly. Nice work!"

"They did a privacy fence for me. They also have competitive pricing."

"They didn't use safety gear while on roof, but did an excellent job"

My goal is to build lifelong relationships through honest service, quality workmanship, and an overall experience that makes every client feel confident, valued, and taken care of from start to finish.”

"Pricing was the best of the responses we received. Work was scheduled quickly. Actual work did not complete on the original schedule which was 1 day. The process seemed to lack some control which lead to a glass coffee table being broken due to debris thrown or dropped from the roof. This happened in the back of the roof despite the work only being done on the front and the sides. (Integrity 1st did take off $ to cover cost of table). The Satellite Cables were left hanging off the roof when the job was "done." I had to get them to come back and fix that. In the end the roof was as expected and the cost was lower than others. If you are willing to deal with some hassle to keep your cost down this would be a good one for you. If you are looking for First Time Right without hassle you may have to pay a bit more. I chose hire again based mostly on a devil you know attitude as I don't know if anyone else would do it with less hassle and IFR did make it right in the end."

"I've had two experiences with Advantage Roofing. One was installation of a new roof on one residence and the repair of an existing roof/installation of flue covers. Both jobs were handled promptly, professionally and in a quality fashion. The applied their same work ethic to both the large and small jobs."
