"Jorge and Felix Jr did a great job fixing my vinyl fence. Both are very nice. I want to thank Bill their supervisor for sending them out to repair the fence the same day. I am very happy with the service Rick's Fencing gave."

"I spoke with Randy over the phone and he came out the next day to give me a quote. The project was challenging as there were french drains and irrigation pipes to avoid while providing sufficient support for large gates. The gates over the grass had to open more than 90 degrees to clear the grass edges for edging. Randy sketched drawings and I accepted his quote. He provided CAD drawings the next day. His fabricator, James, came out later to double check some measurements and review the site to assure everything would be perfect. He and his helper installed the fence and gates about four weeks later. It was delayed a week due to rain. It came out beautifully. It not only looks great, but it functions even better than we had hoped. James spent hours on the installation making sure it was perfect. The recent rains made the area muddy, but he and his helper did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased."

"I was very pleased with his work. He constructed the gate much better than the previous one. He did a great job. It was extremely good work, reasonable price, and the additional work on the back fence, he didn't charge extra for that. I notice that the several ranking, he got a perfect score. I would definitely hire them again."

"I received 3 bid. One outrageously high, one way low and Elite was in the middle. Able (owner) discussed all my option for materials and costs for each. I chose to have a Trex deck with metal rails. This project did take a little longer than projected, but I wasnâ t in a hurry. After seeing progression of work. I understood why it was taking longer. They did a perfect job. Every piece of wood was wrapped and mitered and every screw was covered. I hadnâ t thought much about it being pretty, just being useful. This deck is spectacular. They paid such attention to every detail. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for other projects this house needs. Thank Able for my new deck. Your company has been outstanding and I love my new deck."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Lebanon, OR

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
