"Charlie is great!!! I had a dryer vent blockage and called The Chimney Sweep. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant, but said that Charlie would have to call me since he would be able to give me a more accurate price quote. Within two hours, maybe less, Charlie called me. I explained my problem and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Due to the nature of a clogged dryer vent, Charlie was able to squeeze me in within two days. The night before my appointment, Charlie called to let me know what time I could expect him. On the morning of the appointment, Charlie called to let me know that his first appointment had cancelled so he could come early. I gave him the go ahead and sure enough, Charlie was there within the time frame he quoted. Prior to starting the job, I asked Charlie if he could also clean my chimney. He gladly took on the job. Charlie was neat, professional and his prices were reasonable. He completed the job expeditiously and even gave me advice on changes I could make to my firebox. I can't say enough great things about Charlie. I will definitely do business with Charlie in the future!!!"

"After checking reviews on multiple A/C and heating companies, I chose to go with Econo West due to positive reviews and military discount. My A/C was not working and it was found that my circuit board needed to be replaced. After receiving quote from Econo, I called multiple other A/C companies and got similar or higher quotes. They completed the work in a few hours and then have me a military discount of 10%. The work was impeccable and the Technicians were very polite.. The big reason for the 5 star review is a few weeks later the weather got really cold and I tried turning my Heater on and it wouldn't ignite. They certified my A/C system but did not check my heating system. I called and was told that they don't normally check another system when doing repairs but they agreed that sometimes a electrical issue could cause issues with the heating system. Econo West sent out 2 techs within a few days and replaced a part and labor for free and really didn't have too! Complete separate issue but still did not charge us due to the hassle. I had another heating company come check the issue before Econo came and they said it was the same part.
