From the beginning of the inspection and quoting process through to the completion of the project Julio and Maria were professional, courteous and responsive. "The job was done very well. Everything was done exactly as described in the estimate. Staff were professional and polite, the yard and driveway were spotless when they left.
The new fence looks great and I suspect it will last for quite a while.
With regards to communication there is room for improvement.
We had to keep calling to find out what the estimated dates for the work would be. It would have been nice if York Fence had been a little more proactive in keeping us informed.
The same goes for communication while the work was in progress. On the second day the weather made working impossible, but we only found out that no-one would be coming to do work once we called the office.
A call to give us the heads up would have been nice.

"What I loved about this company was that the salesperson was very responsive and was willing to put all terms and conditions in a typed contract. The work was performed as promised in a timely fashion. I obtained 4 other bids and their prices were competitive. In general, I am happy with the installation. The workers were cordial and patient in making adjustments to get the fence to look the way I wanted (my property is slightly hilly). The only caveat is that you should plan to be home to oversee the work as stuff comes up about the positioning of the fence, gates, and the height of the gap over irregular terrain.
