"Called on Monday and Richie the owner answered the phone. Very pleasant and helpful in answering my initial questions. He said he would come over the same day and would call when he was on his way. Richie did exactly that and spent at least 20 minutes with me and my wife going over our options. Once we agreed on the job, he went in his truck and wrote up an estimate that seemed very fair. He said he could have his team do the job the next day and we said fine. It was a 4-man team that arrived at 8am. There was a slight upcharge since they had to rip up two layers of asphalt instead of one. They were done by 4:00 or so and the driveway looks great. Best of all, they graded it so that all the water flows to the storm drain so no more flooding or puddles."

He responded quickly to my request for a quote, came to the house to formally estimate the work and offer some design advice less than a week later, we received the pavers a couple of days later and the work was done right after that. He showed up when he said he would, it took only 2 days (estimate was 2-3 days) to install a 12'x15' paver patio and to remove our old concrete path and install pavers even though the work had to be manually done since our alley didn't allow sufficient room to bring in machinery. His recommended design is lovely and the foreman, Joe, even helped resolve an issue near the driveway that was unexpected. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the site before leaving. It was not inexpensive, however, we feel that we got our money's worth and will be sure to contact Roy when we need to have additional work done."
