"They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.

Recently we had new sidewalks poured which disrupted the water flow from the house. This caused water to seep back into the foundation. A less reputable company could have taken advantage of the situation. Recently we had the annoying water seepage in our stone foundation. The Leaky Cellar proposed various options to address the situation. They recently installed interior drains. The men were very professional and answered all my questions.
