"His name is Steve Kasten. He did a really good job. He has done an amazing job with our dog. He also did the fence and we paid about $5,000 for that. He knew animals very well and we could tell that he has a love for animals. He was patient and thorough. His prices were very fair. He was fantastic on responsiveness. "New fence and gates look good. Cal-Pro builds the fence on-site, rather than installing pre-built panels. Not sure if that is better, but it's different. (Gates are pre-built in their shop.) Estimator/salesman was excellent. Installing crew was good, but we had to call them back to fix a couple of things. And we never did get the gate handle for the inside of the back gate. Black latch hardware was just painted, and so the paint chipped everywhere the two sections of the latch came into contact. <br /> I have tried to reach the company recently, to get a quote on doing another section of fence. But my emails have not been answered, and I just get a phone company recording when I try their phone numbers. When I click a link to their website, it takes me to a different fence company in Mishawaka. So maybe they have moved and changed their name, or merged with another company. <br />"
