"The technician arrived on time with his feet in a plastic bootie to prevent dirt on the carpet. He was very professional and courteous. H did a very in-depth inspection of the heating and air conditioning system unit and offered suggestions to ensure my system continues to work properly. He replaced all the filters and stayed for about an hour checking out the system. My system is old but runs very well because of their excellent maintenance."

"Everything went fine but 5 years later some of the nylon strapping used to suspend the duck work is falling down. It was not installed correctly. some of the ducts are not sealed around the vents going into the house and have caused condensation and possible rot on the underside of the floor. The A/C system has worked fine, the installers were efficient and polite. Everything was cleaned up after the work was completed."
