"I hired this company to lay down rock from the fence to the property line. upon completion, it looked great. However i was give a notice of violation for work done without a permit. Contractor chose to bring rock in to the right of way in which is a violation of building code. again the work looked great, however it was illegal. i already knew that i did not want to spend money on culvert extension, contractor did what he chose to. He did come back to remove the rock from the right of way, leaving me with a disaster. according to DPBR i was advised to file for unlicensed work, as he has not taken contractor exam."

Ernesto is the most easy-going, honest and conscientious contractor I have expereinced in my many years here Florida. He was unconcerned about payment until the job was done to my satisfaction, and he completed everything I asked for or expected. As I understand it now, he went over and above what most land clearing professionals do. He brought his excavator back after the job would normally have been finished to clean up the perimeter of fallen trees and brush left behind by the forest mulching guy. He also levelled the area to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the final result and would hire him again in a heartbeat."
