Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"This review is a little late but I have to say that Lenny and his crew are amazing. Lenny was always so prompt to answer my phone calls and answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am so pleased with my new roof and the whole process leading up to installation day. I went to work with an ugly roof and came home to a beautiful new one. This man is honest, trustworthy and does amazing work and I highly recommend him."

"Steve provided excellent service. After I txt Steve my location and what is needed. Steve came by and provided an estimate on how much it cost and warranty. I also requested quote from other roofers and some don't even showed up. Roofer was able to complete the job on time and the roof was done professionally. I am happy to have Steve as my roof that I have all three of my rental property replaced by him. His price is reasonable compare to other roofers that quoted me. I highly recommend Steve to any home owner that need a shingles or roof replace."

"The reviews for Roofing Logic are no joke. I can substantiate this just having my roof completed. The install was terrific. Leslie's remarkable team of workhorses and on site inspection by Mike was outstanding especially during the blistering heat. These guys came out and did a steady stream of machine like work from showing up early till final clean up. They installed all the products I had in mind for the job and Leslie added his expertise recommendations to make sure the job was done the "Old School" way ,no corner cutting, just the right way to do it. Job site manager Mike was great, approachable, patient and calm. Leslie was great from start of estimate to end of job. Wow. Communication was never broken in this process and that was most important from me. Roofing Logic deserves Angie's List super service award in my opinion. "East coast roofing systems replaced my roof, resolved issues with the poor installation of the previous roof, and educated me throughout the process. "Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"

"Bob from Roof Masters reached out within minutes of me requesting a contractor from Angie's List. I was able to schedule an appointment with him within only a few days after our first conversation. During our initial meeting, Bob listened very patiently as we explained what our roof and gutter needs were. He then explained in great detail the products that Roof Masters offered. He stayed until late in the evening patiently answering all of our questions. He explained step by step how the installation would take place. He and his crew arrived right on time the day of the installation. When Bob arrived, he made sure to introduce me to his job foreman in case I should have any question during the process. His crew was very helpful when my family members needed to leave the house while the project was in full swing. They made sure to personally escort each member out of the house safely. His entire crew was friendly. Afterwards his crew cleaned up all areas around the outside of my home. They only thing that was left behind was a new beautiful roof, which was completed in one day as promised. I would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone needing a new roof. p.s. Due to the weather, our gutter and gutter guards were completed a few days later. That project went very well."

"Saturday morning, we experienced our first homeownership nightmare. Water was dripping through the molding of our pull-down, attic stairs. The attic was a complete mess. There was a ton of water and we were horrified. We could see the sky through our attic ceiling! I had no idea what to do. I reached out to Guardian Home Improvement. They walked me through what to do for a variety of scenarios and laid out the pros and cons of each. Once we decided the plan that worked best for us, they had a crew at our house in 3 hours. The crew was quick to assess the situation. They worked meticulously to repair our roof."
