"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"Jeremy is an honest and knowledgeable contractor. He was prompt with scheduling, and when he had conflicts, quick to call and reschedule. He completed the repair and guaranteed his work (i.e. he will come back to continue to adjust until it is right). "I purchased a Big Deal coupon and I hired him for repair beyond that and he did a really good job.  He is very professional and very friendly.  He found few things that needed to be worked on and he came back and did them.  He was very timely.  He came back a couple of weeks later after I purchased the coupon.  He replaced that thing which is around the bathroom vents.  I don’t know whom to compare the price to.  I don’t know what to compare the quality to because I don’t know anything about roofing and I haven’t been up there and I don’t know what it looks like after he has done but it is holding up."

"Nick, the owner, and the people who work with him are terrific, couldnâ t be better. Excellent work, did exactly what they said theyâ d do, and promptly. Very fair prices. Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!"

"To Whom It May Concern: As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"
