"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. We were totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the finished product."

"Juliano and his team were just excellent in all respects. The overall quality of the job was top-notch, they paid attention to the smallest detail and went above and beyond what we had initially asked them to do. My husband is very detail oriented and Juliano was always willing to patiently go over every request and fix the smallest of issues. They were punctual every morning for a 2 week job, started and finished the job on time, helped us do extras like hang paintings and were just polite and friendly and accommodating through the entire 2 weeks, something we didn't find with other contractors

Update 1.5 yr later:
I'm forced to change my review after dealing with paint related issues since we had the house done. The paint started to crack in corners all over the house within months after the painting was completed and no one ever replied to the multiple calls and messages we left. We also noticed smudges appearing on the walls and they were not easy to clean. We finally had another painter come in to fix the trim and repaint our bedroom and we saw the difference in how he sanded everything down properly first and took care to seal the cracks before painting over them. He also told us that previous painters had used a lower quality of paint (apparently Benjamin Moore has 2 types of paint) which would explain the stubborn smudges. The Gold Team had obviously not put in the time to properly do their work the first time around."

"Mario did a great job painting our top floor apartment on the East Side of Providence. The apartment is lofted with skylights exposed wooden beams, so the painting job was complex work that required a lot of edging. Mario did very precise work quickly. He also was able to recommend a high-quality ceiling paint."

"Rick did a great job removing textured popcorn ceilings from a large portion of our house. He was able to fit us in to his schedule on an aggressive timeline and fully delivered. Rick and his team were reliable, did what they promised and even went above and beyond by touching up the walls impacted by the ceiling work. Rick paid attention to the details and made sure his guys were doing things right, never cutting any corners or taking any shortcuts. Rick kept us updated along the way and made sure to educate us on every step of the process. He was always available when I called and was more than happy to give us tips and pointers for some painting we are doing ourselves. Ultimately, the work was completed 3 days before it was promised and it looks great. Pricing was on the higher end compared to a few other quotes we received, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire him again (and likely will)."
