We personally have never had any issues with our house such as leaks or strong wind damage, even amidst the powerful storms we've been getting the past few years. He left us with quite the exceptional roof and I know I can rely on him IF our roof were to attain any damage. He will be the first person I go to when the life of the roof eventually dwindles. (In 25 years lol!) "

He came out to give me a quote the following Monday and explained all of my options as far as windows and pricing goes. He was very informative, friendly, and professional. When it came time to install the windows, the crew of two did an awesome job. They were very punctual, detail-oriented, and respectful. The job was completed within 2 days and turned out amazing. My windows are now fully functional, energy efficient, and look great! He was very knowledgeable about these very specific specs to obtaint a Bronze, Silver, or Gold certificate for a reduction of windstorm insurance rates in NC. We are applying for the bronze certificate. Other roofing companies, including the most expensive, were not familiar with these requirements.  Mr. Schroeder supplied me with the paperwork to apply for the mitigation.</p>"

"We hired MOcean to remove our existing shingle roof and replace it with an NCIUA Certified, Fortified, standing seam aluminum roof. At the same time we asked them to do the engineering in order to extend the roof line over the existing, open rear deck (12ft x 45ft) and screen in that newly created porch space. Their engineer came out to the property, did a thorough inspection and drew up plans which we approved. They worked directly with the NCIUA roofing inspector and our local building inspector throughout the process. The workmen are master craftsmen who pay impeccable attention to detail. They worked daily for long hours and were always prepared to deal with unexpected contingencies, like the possibility of severe storms or periods of rain. The owner of the company was extremely professional, creative, easy to work with, and was onsite daily to check on the progress of the job and to make sure that we didn't have any issues. These guys did an amazing job! I would give them an A+, but that is not a rating option. The roof installation was perfect and instead of an open deck, we now have a fully screened-in Porch Mahal, devoid of mosquitoes and no-seeums, in which we have spent many hours. I would not hesitate to fully recommend this company to anyone!"

"Great experience from estimation to work complete and cleanup. Excellent discussion on the scope of work to be completed, schedule and cost. The work started on time, was completed VERY timely with very high quality. The workers took great care to cover items near the house (walk areas and plants) to prevent damage and minimize cleanup efforts. It was determined the home had water damage beyond expected, workers quickly notified me and shared the observations. Materials was rapidly obtained for additional work and completed without delay to the project. The overall replacement was very timely. The entire project including cleanup was completed in two days. The cleanup of the property was excellent. Magnets were used to clean along with manual cleanup. Wind carried material in neighboring yards and this was also cleaned in a professional manner. OVERALL EXCELLENT WORK!!!"
