"I contacted Mike when I was gathering estimates from different companies and he was by far the most personable and most forthcoming of all the companies that I dealt with. He went so far as to show me all the prices that he gets for materials, which is rare to get that kind of upfront honesty these days. When I found out I was moving and I needed the fence put up quickly, Mike was the only person I contacted out of the 5 companies that I had measure and price me out. The quality speaks for itself when you see the fence. The crew were great and friendly, answering any questions that I had while they were building the fence. It only took them a day and a half of total work time, no shortcuts were taken and the quality is great. The pressure treated lumber used was without cracks or flaws and the use of screws instead of nails will ensure that the fence boards will stay intact when nailed fences will fall apart in a few years. The wooden platform supporting the castor wheels on the gate is an awesome feature that will prevent gate sag and stress on the hinges. If I ever buy a home in this area again, Stetzler Sawmill fencing is the first and only company I'm calling. <br /> I marked the price as a B because they do charge a little more than the other fencing companies around, but remember that you get what you pay for and Stetzler Sawmill fencing's record and Angie's List awards speak for themselves. "Trying to get the scheduling of the work was not easy due to the company being over booked. I left several messages and my phone call was never returned. I finally was able to have an appointment scheduled and the gentleman was late because he was lost (which is understandable) but no one called me to advise me of the mishap or to let me know he would be late. Once we decided on what was going to be done, he spent the day taking the tiles up. We had to reschedule him to come out to put the tiles down. In speaking with his "boss", he was telling me the extra charges that would take place and explained to me that most customers purchase their own tile, even though the deal includes the tile. He informed me that they don't make any money off these big deals and that it's just their way of getting their foot in the door, which I think was unprofessional. I took the following Monday off for the work to be done and two guys show up with no material or supplies but inform me that the guy that was suppose to do the work called off for the day. I continously called the 302 # listed on this site to no avail. The guys had to leave because they had no tile and wasn't aware that there was a radiator, when the gentleman who was there should have noted that. I was called by another gentleman who was very nice and very professional and he asked me to have the guys come back the next day and they would waive my additional fees. I had an appointment the following morning but was home by noon. The men arrived at noon and finished the job that day. The tile looks nice and they were very nice.  They took measurements to replace my tile in my kitchen and to put molding in my living and dining room and never sent me an estimate. They did leave footprints throughout my living room and steps...but overall I am pleased with the tile. <br />"

"We interviewed a few others and were either way to high in cost or they really didn't impress us as far as knowledge of what they were doing. The owner of natures creations really understood drainage and water flow which was critical in this project. He worked side by side with two other workers and completed within the quoted time. We really like the wall and is built extremely well and will be here for a very long time. They were  very professional and willingly to made changes to the original plan in midstream at no additional cost or time. They cleaned up the entire area including across the street were they staged material. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a functional retaining wall that fits the landscape beautifully and done professionally. <br />"
