"This company is not licensed! I hired them to fix a clog in December 2024. The plumber showed up without the right tools and tried to use a power drill instead of going back and picking up the right one. He ended up cracking the whole thing and initially lied about what happened. I had to bring in a professional who looked at it in front of him and only then did he finally admit he broke it beyond repair. He told me someone from Home Leak and Drain Solutions would fix it. That was a lie too because not only did they not show up but they refused to respond to my calls and messages. I checked everywhere Home Leak and Drain Solutions are listed to find their license number and they don't list it anywhere. So I tried to look up their license on the California State License Board website and they don't have one! So my few hundred dollar project will now cost me several thousand dollars. Needless to say, I wish I never hired them."

"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel.
