"I never give reviews but Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely deserves one, From Start to Finish they were professional, respectful and courteous. The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!! I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional, informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. Hands down best Customer Service I've ever received. Same Day will always be my go to for any of my HVAC Needs. Thank You Same Day. My kitten and I Thank you!! We will never go anywhere else!! :)"

"Quick to respond. My mom's water heater started leaking, it was old and it needed to be replaced. Arturo came out the same day to replace it. Very knowledgeable, considerate. We highly recommend AMC Plumbing."

"They showed up within 30 minutes. It took the man a couple of hours because the pipe that was leaking was in a very difficult place behind a beam in the wall. He had to cut a hole in the drywall in two different places because it was right where the split level of or house came together. My wife and I are very happy"

"ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn't even read it because they either didn't know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. The price was very fair and the service person was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He instantly understood the problem and how to fix it. He promised to repair it the next day and he did -- right on time, done right, and even did me the favor of teaching me how to get a pilot light ignited on a different appliance inside my house. The pump works perfectly. The work area was spic and span when he finished. His communication with me about progress on the project was outstanding. Thanks, Wesley. You have totally restored my faith in ARS and I'll be calling you guys from now on for any plumbing problems."

"I had a great experience with Economy plumbing SD. They replaced my shower valve quickly and professionally, and everything works perfectly now. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The work area was left clean, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing work."

"Great work but poor follow up.  These was a problem with one of the LED lights not working after 4 months.  Although ultimately it was resolved, it took months, repeated contacts, them rescheduling appointments, and 3 tries to get the right fixture replaced.  Great work and nice guy, but it would have been a whole lot better if they just followed up and got it done in a timely matter.
