"Carreless during the tear out of old concrette. Damaged stone cap ontop of brick wall. This was the first of April. Proceeded to begin to tear out the damaged stone cap even before he had a rerplacement cap found. Never found a replacement. Said he would make concrete caps over memoral weekend. Did not make them. I found stone caps in July. He said he would pick them up. He didn't. Left me with a mess. He often would say he was sorry he had not got to it. In the end he stopped responding to mt inquiries. This speaks mountains. "
