"The concrete was fine. They did a good job with what our project asked of them. Our biggest concern was them not hurting our retaining wall that was in place and they were able to work around it. But the customer service was not what I expected. While they were initially responsive and seemed helpful, it ended up making more work for us. Their team left garbage and piles of dirt concrete in our yard. We let them know and they came and cleaned up the some concrete piles but left their garbage including an empty cigarette pack in our yard. I let them know they did not clean everything up and they stopped replying to me. My husband had to spend a couple of hours the following weekend moving the excess dirt they left and picking up trash."

"It went very well. The driveway, sidewalk and stoop all look great. The employees were capable and efficient. They recommended a slightly larger stoop which I'm happy with as well. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. They weren't even angry when my dog got away from my husband and walked through wet cement. They just smiled and said they were happy to fix it. OCC wasn't the cheapest bidder but I selected them on the positive reviews I read on Angies List. I had two very minor issues (not related to the actual concrete). My contact was Jason Reichard and he handled both issues quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with his responsiveness."

"I had Concrete Genie do my patio repairs and did an amazing job I had him give me a bid for my driveway and again was very professional and very quick at a response. He gave us a bid and the start and completion time frame. We were very pleased with the previous work we had received that making this decision was extremely easy. We accepted his bid and he started the job and completed it in the time frame. Asking him to do it in winter is very challenging but had some warm days and he was able to make it look awesome. My husband and I could not be happier."

"Rene and his crew did a great job on our patio steps and added on to our preexisting slab. When they were prepping the ground they found an old wire running from our house. We didn't know it was the power to the garage and the wire had been broken. Rene and his crew spent most of the day replacing the old wiring and box for us with no extra charge! Our AC unit was sitting on a stone that we thought was concrete. Well Rene lifted our AC unit and took out the old stone and poured concrete underneath that as well and didn't charge me for that extra concrete either. From the very beginning Rene was very transparent about costs and not accepting payment until after he completed the work. We are very pleased with the outcome of our yard and would look forward to working with A&D Masonry again."
