A week later he emailed me drawings but they had a problem - he misunderstood part of what I wanted. It took him about another week to correct the drawings. When they did arrive they were satisfactory in all respect and should be all I need for a contractor and building permits. I would certainly recommend him to others."

"I put in a positive review until I saw his other side, then I regretted using his services. I never knew Mr. Timothy had an issue with me as a customer until he walked off the job that he was fully paid for and not allowing the city of Philadelphia to ask any questions about his work if they needed to, which means he put his stamp on my building plans that was a horrible job and could not be used. I had to call Home Advisor to try to get my money back, because he never returned any of my texts, calls, or emails. When confronted by Home Advisor you saw the other side. He was rude to me as a customer and showed poor customer service and did not stand behind his work. So please, if you hire him, BE CAREFUL . With anyone you have to be careful because there's so much happening in the world today. Maybe he thought that I was trying to get over on him and his response was back off which was not a good business decision, however, I hope this was a valuable lesson for the both of us.
