I heard back quickly--and I was able to schedule installation of a replacement heater for the next day (a Sunday morning) at no extra charge. Mr. Tavoni took the time to explain the installation process in detail. His work was thorough and reasonably priced (I had estimates from other contractors). The unit is quality construction--and it comes with a six-year warranty. Tavoni has taken a water sample and he's agreed to help me explore the possibility of also installing a water-filtration system for my home."

He is able to install many things, curtain rods, ceiling shower rods, heavy mirrors, heavy art work, and now is tackling adding wire rack shelves in our closets. Next up some Ikea cabinets in our laundry, and painting our garage. His prices are up front and very reasonable. He is licensed and insured. We feel he is quite a gem to have found!
