Upon meeting Jose he impressed me with his willingness to explain my options, he patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions regarding a huge issue regarding a previous contractor, which Jose assured me they would be able to correct. Upon agreeing to a price, he and his foreman visited the following day to review the plans and the crew arrived two (2) days later.
