"Very hard working and professional gentlemen. Even after I made changes when they showed up it was no problem. Thanks to them the last of the damage from the hurricanes has been taken care of. I am so happy that an eyesore very large stump is gone."

"The workers we great. I thought all the bad cracks and holes in expansion joints would be taken care of. I was told by the office they would. When all was done (weather permitting) they were not. Now I’m told there is nothing which can be done because the sealer is already on . I’m done with this group"

"Went there with a general idea what I wanted, but nothing specific. Both times I was greeted with great suggestions after careful attention to what I needed and was looking for. <br />"

"The estimate took a little longer then expected but I assume this time of the year they are rather busy. When my wife attempted to tell the person exactly what we wanted done (including having the border installed), he brushed her off and said "yeah we'll take care of all that". She attempted to show him the border (which we already had) that she wanted installed and he refused. The estimate came in and I agreed to the price. They called prior to their arrival to let me know. They worked all day with very few breaks and did a wonderful job of finishing exactly what was on the estimate. The problem - the install of the borders was left off the estimate because of the way it was worded ("cut edge for border" not "install border"). This was an error I could've caught but didn't. The rocks laid were requested to be grey limestone, rather white rocks were laid. This doesn't make or break the deal because we debated the white rock prior. The Good - the job was done wonderfully according the approved estimate. The workers stayed and made sure the job was done before nightfall and worked **** ** one of the hottest days of the year. I would caution anyone to make sure 100% that what is worded on the estimate you approve is exactly what you want. If it is on there, it WILL be done perfectly. If you discuss something and it is not on there, get it corrected BEFORE approving it. This company does a good job and the workers seem to be trained to do EXACTLY what is on paper. Make sure your job is specific if you need it that way. I would hire again, but I would make sure to be more specific in my requests and review the estimate. Do not assume that if you said it it is included."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Leonville, LA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
