"Hale's Roofing installed a PVC roof and repaired all the parapets on our 3,100 sq ft home which has many details. If there is such thing as a perfect roof, Hale's Roofing delivered. We are 100% satisfied with the result. Their professionalism and personal touch removed all anxiety of living through the process. The work was done by Manuel and his team who's job performance was outstanding and their character was admirable. Manuel made himself available at all times to keep us informed of the progress and answered all our questions. The team cleaned up at the end of every day and left the area spotless of debris. We appreciate how the project manager Toby made the time to listen and address our concerns. He was a delight to interact with. Dustin who is in charge when Hale is out of the office was amazing in how he professionally handle a major concern of ours. He certainly has the skills to resolve any issues. He stayed in touch to make sure all was well. We never met Chad, the owner, in person, but spoke with him a couple of times on the phone. However, he certainly made his present known when it was needed. Professionalism and character begins at the top and reflects down. There is certainly unity from the top down and the result is a perfect roof and the joy of meeting new people who now feels like family. Janet who answered the phone and handled the billing among other things was always prompt to find answers and connected us to the proper source. We always felt she was just as concerned as we were from the first contact to the last. Our purpose in writing this review is to help others to make an informed decision as we received from reading the reviews prior to our decision to go with Hale's Roofing. "LCR Roofing were a pleasure to work with. From roof repair to complete new roof, I highly recommend this company. I contacted them when my roof was leaking, Olin came quickly and repaired. But considering the age of my roof, and past hail damage, we requested an estimate for the whole roof which was reasonable. We scheduled months ahead, not knowing Covid19 was around the corner. Even with the scheduling difficulties caused by the pandemic, Evelyn kept her promise and sent the crew on time, and they did a fantastic job."

It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

"They came at the agreed time with two men and lots of roofing materials, including a roof edge material that was specific for solving our particular kind of problem. As they got into it they discovered that they had to do a great deal more to solve the problem than they had bid. They went ahead and did the right thing, fixed it right, and billed me at the original bid, even though they wound up doing considerably more work than they had estimated. To put it simply, they did it right, even though they wound up having to do a lot more than they had originally bid. In the intervening couple of months we have had several rains and some light snows; the leaks and gutter/fascia problems were solved completely. <br /> Very professional, very prompt, good cleanup. They do what needs to be done to do it right rather than do a shoddy job to meet their bid. I was happy, on my own initiative, to pay them a good deal more than there original bid. "Because of the recent rainy period Tommy was very busy, but instead of just letting me waite, he took a few minutes to give me a temporary fix that reduced my problem until he could get me on the schedule to do a complete job. Very thoughtful of him! <br /> He came back a few days later and fixed the leak completely. Several late monsoon rain storms and the latest "transitional seasonal flow" rains have tested his work. All is dry in my study now! <br />"

"I went and gave them a down payment and was told it would be two or three weeks until they started. It was the monsoon season; I understand they were busy. I didn't hear from them and after four weeks had passed gave them a call. I was told that due to the monsoons they were running late and I was told it would be another two weeks. I feel that this was legitimate. We have had a wet monsoon season. Maybe I am old fashioned, but a phone call would be nice. The crew finally showed up and did good work that day, the second day the same, the third day they showed up it was raining. They stayed two hours waiting for the rain to stop then told me they were going to go back and would be back the next day. That day came and went. They were a no show. I can live with that just give me a call and let me know. The work when it was finally finished was very satisfactory. Communication with the customer is very poor."
