"John came out to my home the same day I called and provided a free estimate to clean up the damage. He was very knowledgable, polite and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He made me feel confident that I could trust him and didn't pressure me into doing something I wasn't comfortable with even if it wasn't recommended. His employee's were introduced by name and they were nice and respectful. He returned promptly the next day and inspected the studs to insure they were properly dried. "We signed up last year. There are several good things. First, they ship your replacement filters when it's time to change them, so it's a good reminder to change out the filters, which is better for the life of your HVAC equipment. Second, you don't have to buy in bulk and then find a closet to store a year's worth of filters in order to get them at a good price. The shipped price is about the same as I pay at Home Depot."
